"Hi Ed. I have to thank you because you were able to fix an issue we have been having in one of our theaters where an HDMI output from an Avid/Resolve workstation going to an HDMI switching matrix was intermittently glitching the system off at really bad times not to mention stripping off the audio. You came in and replaced a less than professional HDMI switcher with a Zigen HDMI router and after setting or calibrating the EDID configuration managed to enable us to play back 1080p, 2K, and 4K program material beautifully. I am SO elated you got this working. I can't thank you enough"
"We just used the Zigen HX-88 HDBT at our ISF Level II certification session in Amsterdam after ISE last week. Connections included both 4K and 1080P displays and 4K and 1080P sources via single CAT6a cables. We had 8 sources and 8 displays – including my laptop on an extender. We had no glitches over three days of constant source and display switching, EDID and HDCP testing – no lockups, no recycling of displays or sources, no powering down switches to re-sync. In previous classes we have lost valuable time with switches – name the HDMI issue and we have dealt with it – this session was refreshingly easy.......My compliments to Zigen!"
